The casting crane is the main equipment in the steel making continuous casting process, mainly used for converter feeding spanning converter to molten iron; hoisting the molten steel ladle to the refining furnace or hoisting the molten steel to the continuous casting large parcel rotary table across the refining span. Main girders – Insulation is added to the bottom of the main girders to provide excellent heat resistance and protect the crane bridge. Lifting Trolley - This unit uses forged hooks and steel core wire rope. The lifting mechanism adopts double brakes to ensure the safety of lifting operations. Additional options for crane hooks include swivel spreaders, load weighing and displays. Crane running gear - using forged or rolled wheels. Electrical device - the overhead crane adopts H-class insulated motor and heat-resistant cable. Cab - Adds insulation to the cab.
